Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dya’s love for music started early. At the age of 6, she began taking music classes and singing lessons, laying the foundation for her future as an artist. Though she had always harbored dreams of being in the spotlight, Dya’s shy nature in school made her question if it was possible.

After graduating from film school, she began working on her first TV series as a stand-in. The show was about two female independent artists, and it was during this experience that Dya had a revelation: she realized she wanted to be on stage, not behind the camera. This pivotal moment gave her the push she needed to follow her true calling, and 4 years ago, she officially began her career as a singer.

Now, Dya draws inspiration from the people closest to her—family, friends, and the artists who have shaped her along the way. She’s determined to make her mark in the music industry and share her voice with the world.
